Great location with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Amazing views of the castle from our junior suite balcony. Clean and well-kept hotel with a lovely continental breakfast and affordable mini-bar. Soundproof windows provided a peaceful night's sleep. Helpful staff and convenient taxi rank.

We stayed in a front facing room at a charming hotel, with a breathtaking view of the small harbor, castle, and the Isle of Capri. The room was beautifully decorated with rich imperial style furniture, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The bathroom, although small, was clean and had a state-of-the-art shower with a rain shower head. The staff was incredibly helpful and treated us like special family guests. The location was ideal, close to the central area of town and right by the sea. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread, with typical Neapolitan dishes and a variety of options.

There was no pool available on the premises.

The location here is perfect, with a traffic-free boulevard in front ensuring a quiet night's sleep and stunning views of the sea. The service at this hotel was exceptional; from the friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk to the attentive waiters in the restaurant, everyone went out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. The room itself was spacious and newly renovated, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with main tourist attractions just 20 minutes away on foot. Additionally, it is conveniently right by the port, making it easy to access and explore the area. There are also some highly recommended restaurants nearby, such as Antonio + Antonio.

One downside is that the housekeeping service could be improved. The previous guest's socks were found in the room, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.

My recent stay at a hotel with amazing views and a great location was fantastic. We had a room with not just one, but two balconies overlooking the Bay of Naples and Castel Del Ovo - talk about amazing! The hotel itself is located in one of the nicer areas of the city, making it convenient to explore Naples while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with air conditioning and electric shutters to keep us cool. The reception staff were helpful and made our stay more fun. While we didn't have breakfast included in our deal, the continental breakfast offered at the hotel was a bit pricey at 18 euros per person. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel again just for the opportunity to sit on the balcony, soak in the fine views, and watch the world go by. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location by the bay, spacious modern room with sea view on the 5th floor. Enjoyed walking along Luongomare and dining at the nearby restaurants. Balconies in the rooms were perfect, waking up to the amazing view. Friendly and helpful staff.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a fine location with extraordinary service. From the moment we stepped foot inside, the staff, particularly Francesca at the front desk, were really nice too ensure our stay was really good. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations and even arranged for a knowledgeable guide. Our room had amazing views of the Naples Harbor and Mount Vesuvius from the balcony. The hotel surprised my husband with a birthday cake, making the experience even more nice. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous, and the staff even retrieved our kids' errant ball. Despite a noisy fan and some peeling wallpaper, our stay at this hotel was enchanting. I highly recommend this hotel for an lovely experience.
